Deputy Chief Minister's Upcoming Visit to Chamba

Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri is set to visit Chamba district for two days, commencing on July 31. He will serve as the chief guest at the sixth cultural evening of the International Minjar Fair 2026, taking place at Chamba Chaugan.

As per the official itinerary, the Deputy CM is expected to arrive at Banikhet in the afternoon on July 31 for a short stop before heading to Chamba. He will attend the cultural evening at 8:30 PM.

On August 1, Agnihotri will inaugurate and lay the groundwork for various developmental initiatives within the Chamba Assembly constituency. His schedule includes laying the foundation stone for fire safety enhancements at Chamba Chaugan at 10:30 AM, followed by the inauguration of the Sach-Parel-Sultanpur drinking water scheme in Gram Panchayat Sach at 11:30 AM.

Later in the day, at 1 PM, he will conduct the bhoomi pujan for the Bhala-Tipri-Chalera irrigation project in Bhala, and at 2 PM, he will lay the foundation stone for the remodeling of another irrigation scheme in Gram Panchayat Sahu.
