Protests Erupt Over Women's Prosperity Scheme

In a recent demonstration against the Women's Prosperity Scheme 2025, members of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) were taken into custody by the Delhi Police. Saurabh Bhardwaj, the Delhi president of AAP, criticized the BJP-led Delhi government, stating that it has completed 100 days in office. He pointed out that the government claims one of its achievements is the establishment of Ayushman Arogya Mandirs at 31 locations, but he argued that these are merely old dispensaries renovated superficially, originally inaugurated by former Health Minister Satyendar Jain in 2017.

During the '100 Days of Service' event, CM Gupta criticized her predecessor, claiming they had become power-hungry while her government was actively working among the people. She recalled the massive support during the Ramleela Maidan movement, stating that many, including herself, participated with the hope of bringing positive change to Delhi and the nation.
