Delhi Police Arrest Two for Robbery of School Teacher Using Chemical Spray

In a recent incident in Burari, Delhi, police arrested two men for robbing a school teacher after incapacitating him with a chemical spray. The teacher was approached by four men who stole his belongings and fled on his motorcycle. In a separate operation, the Crime Branch detained 13 Bangladeshi nationals for residing in India without valid documentation. The police are now working on deporting these individuals while also pursuing the agent who facilitated their illegal entry. Robbery Incident in Burari

The Delhi Police have apprehended two suspects in connection with the robbery of a government school teacher in the Burari region of the capital. This incident occurred on May 8, when the teacher was approached by four men on Pusta Road.


The assailants reportedly sprayed a chemical on the teacher, rendering him unconscious before stealing his belongings, which included his wallet and mobile phone. They made their escape on the teacher's motorcycle.


Following the incident, law enforcement officials registered a case and began reviewing CCTV footage to identify the culprits. The police were able to capture two individuals whose appearances matched the descriptions provided.


Detention of Illegal Immigrants

In a separate operation, the Crime Branch of the Delhi Police detained 13 Bangladeshi nationals, including five minors, for allegedly living in India without proper documentation. These individuals were found in the village of Auchandi.


According to Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime) Aditya Gautam, these individuals entered India through unguarded agricultural areas along the India-Bangladesh border and subsequently traveled to Delhi via the Cooch Behar railway station. They were reportedly employed as casual laborers in a brick kiln located in Kharkhoda, Haryana.


The police have begun the deportation process for the detained individuals, which includes Md. Rafikul (50), Khoteza Begum (41), Md. Anowar Hussain (37), Md. Aminul Islam (28), Zorina Begum (27), Afroza Khatun (25), Md. Khakhon (20), Hasna (19), and five children. Additionally, efforts are underway to locate and apprehend Zalil Ahmad, the agent believed to have facilitated their illegal entry.
