New Delhi, August 4 - On Tuesday, the minimum temperature in the national capital was recorded at 27.4 degrees Celsius, with the meteorological department forecasting moderate rainfall. According to data from the weather center, the minimum temperature in Palam was noted at 24.8 degrees Celsius, which is two degrees below normal, while Lodhi Road recorded 26.8 degrees Celsius, Ridge at 24.9 degrees Celsius, and Ayanagar at 25.6 degrees Celsius. Over the past 24 hours, light rainfall was observed in Safdarjung, Palam, and Ridge, whereas Ayanagar received 23.6 millimeters of rain by 8:30 AM.

The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) reported that at 9 AM, Delhi's Air Quality Index (AQI) stood at 67, categorizing it as 'satisfactory.' According to the CPCB, an AQI of 0 to 50 is considered 'good,' 51 to 100 is 'satisfactory,' 101 to 200 is 'moderate,' 201 to 300 is 'poor,' 301 to 400 is 'very poor,' and 401 to 500 is classified as 'severe.'
