According to a government directive issued this year, Holi is no longer classified as a 'dry day,' allowing liquor shops to operate during the festival. Meanwhile, Holi celebrations are taking place across India, with various leaders joining in. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh actively participated in the festivities at his residence, playing with colors and drumming.
