Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Board of Secondary Education has announced an extension for the online application period for the Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET-2026), moving the new deadline to May 9, previously set for April 9.
So far, over 70,000 applicants have registered, and officials anticipate that the total will exceed 100,000 due to this extension. Interested candidates can apply via the board's official websites.
Originally, the exam was slated for May 29, but Board president Srikant Tarai indicated that this date might be adjusted in light of the new application deadline.
