In a bid to raise awareness about malaria and its prevention, DAV Public School, Gohju celebrated World Malaria Day with great enthusiasm.
A standout feature of the event was a meaningful and engaging play performed by the students. Their presentation effectively illustrated how malaria is transmitted through mosquito bites, emphasized the significance of hygiene, and highlighted the detrimental effects of the disease on health. The students' confident and imaginative performance made the session both educational and captivating.
During the event, Principal Mr. Vishal Katoch addressed the audience, encouraging students to uphold cleanliness and prevent mosquito breeding by steering clear of stagnant water. He called upon them to be responsible citizens and to raise awareness in their communities regarding the risks associated with malaria.
