Significant Seizures at Mumbai Airport

At the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai, customs officials have confiscated hydroponic cannabis valued at over ₹25 crore, along with gold worth approximately ₹92 lakh and foreign currency. This information was disclosed by an official on Thursday.


The operations were conducted by the Mumbai Customs Airport Commissionerate between November 25 and December 3. Hydroponics is a method of growing plants in a nutrient-rich liquid solution instead of soil.
