This decision comes in light of a shooting incident that occurred earlier this month, where allegations of vandalism and gunfire were made against security personnel. This case has garnered considerable attention, highlighting issues of safety and security in educational institutions.

Anticipatory Bail Granted in Patna Shooting Incident

A court in Patna has granted anticipatory bail to Faisal Khan, widely known as Khan Sir, along with three employees from his coaching institute, in connection with a shooting incident that occurred at the institute. The confirmation of this decision was provided by Khan Sir's lawyer on Monday.

This case stems from a violent event that took place in early June, where alleged miscreants reportedly vandalized Khan Sir's coaching center. During this chaos, accusations were made against two security guards for firing shots into the air.

Arvind Kumar Maur, Khan Sir's attorney, informed the media that the judge approved the anticipatory bail application for Khan Sir first, followed by relief for his three staff members. In total, six individuals have been granted bail in this matter.

The lawyer also mentioned that the court granted regular bail to the two security guards accused of firing into the air. The court had completed its hearing on this case the previous Tuesday and reserved its judgment.

This ruling was initially scheduled to be announced on Friday but was postponed to Monday due to the district judge's unavailability. Ultimately, the court delivered its decision, providing relief to all parties involved.
