The incident reportedly took place on April 6, when Chaudhary arrived at the Smart View Inn hotel in Agra's Jagdishpura area in a black Scorpio. Accompanied by two women and others, he allegedly intimidated hotel staff by claiming to be an official and demanded to inspect the rooms under the pretext of checking IDs.

Allegations of Extortion

According to the hotel owner, Anil Kumar, after exerting pressure under the guise of an investigation, Chaudhary demanded a bribe of 2 lakh rupees. He threatened that failure to comply would result in actions against the hotel and negative media coverage. The hotel owner informed the police, but Chaudhary and his associates fled before they arrived. An FIR was filed on April 10.

Agra police are preparing to bring him in on a B-warrant for further questioning regarding this case, while also looking into other extortion and blackmail allegations against him in different districts.
