A shocking incident involving the alleged suicide of a PRD personnel in police custody has emerged in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. In light of the seriousness of the situation, SSP Pramendra Dobhal has taken immediate action. Reports indicate that Sunil Ratudi hanged himself using a blanket while in custody at the Raipur police station.
