Conclusion of the Raijor Podulit Raijor Congress Initiative


Guwahati, January 8: The Congress party's 'Raijor Podulit Raijor Congress' initiative is set to conclude in Guwahati on January 10 and 11.


As part of this campaign, public feedback was gathered today from various regions in Lower Assam, including Nalbari and Rangia.


According to a statement from the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC), the campaign will culminate on January 10 and 11, during which extensive public input will be collected in Guwahati over these two days.


The Kamrup Metropolitan District Congress is organizing discussions in Guwahati with various political parties, social organizations, citizen groups, youth and student associations, intellectuals, and senior journalists.


Prominent figures such as APCC president Gaurav Gogoi, Opposition Leader Debabrata Saikia, and Manifesto Committee chairman Pradyut Bordoloi will be part of these interactions.


Notable journalists, authors, and intellectuals, along with significant organizations like the All Assam Students’ Union (AASU), have been invited to engage in discussions on January 10 and 11.


Bordoloi has reached out to nearly 100 distinguished individuals in Guwahati, requesting their suggestions for the Congress manifesto. He has also proposed visiting those who cannot attend the meetings to gather their written opinions.


This time, the Congress manifesto aims to reflect the voices of the people and will be developed by integrating feedback from all segments of the state's population.
