On Wednesday, the Congress party organized a significant protest in Jaipur, Rajasthan, against alleged vote theft. Prominent leaders from the state, including former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot, participated in the rally. Gehlot criticized the Election Commission for demanding an affidavit from Rahul Gandhi regarding his allegations of vote theft. During the protest march, Gehlot stated to a news agency that leaders like Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, Sharad Pawar, and Akhilesh Yadav have conveyed a message across the nation through their demonstrations in Delhi, highlighting that votes are being stolen. He noted that Rahul Gandhi has provided statistics, yet the Election Commission is asking for an affidavit from him, which is unprecedented.
