Shimla - Senior Congress politician Vikramaditya Singh has raised an alarm after the phone of his mother, Mrs. Pratima Singh, was allegedly compromised. In a recent social media update, he warned individuals against engaging with any messages or calls requesting money from her contact number.
Singh mentioned that he has already notified the Cyber Cell about the incident, urging the public to remain cautious against online scams and impersonation efforts.
This warning comes at a time when incidents of cybercrime and digital fraud are on the rise in Himachal Pradesh, prompting officials to consistently advise residents to authenticate any suspicious messages before responding.
