During these gatherings, Mongra urged departmental officials to ensure that reports are submitted promptly and emphasized the importance of officers attending each Gram Sabha. Mongra also discussed government programs, specifically mentioning the Mera Parivar Sukhi Parivar Yojana, which offers financial assistance and insurance coverage of ₹10 lakh to eligible women. He expressed his intention to approach the Chief Minister to advocate for an extension of the scheme's deadline, aiming to benefit more women.

Additionally, he pointed out that the Chief Minister, Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, has amended the requirement for women under MGNREGA to work three compulsory days, thereby enhancing the scheme's flexibility.
