This took place at the Baba Gorakhnath Auditorium in Ramgarh Tal during a ceremony honoring education friends. The Chief Minister remarked that Kishan seemed to be expecting congratulations from him. When asked what the congratulations were for, Kishan revealed that he had been awarded a PhD.

CM Yogi clarified that this was an honorary degree, jokingly stating that such a degree would not guarantee employment and should merely be regarded as a mark of respect.
