Chirag Paswan Extends Congratulations to Samrat Choudhary

On Wednesday, Union Minister Chirag Paswan congratulated Samrat Choudhary, the newly appointed Chief Minister of Bihar, expressing confidence that under his leadership, the state will reach new heights and continue the efforts of former Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Speaking to reporters in Patna, Paswan noted that the leaders of Bihar would feel the absence of Nitish Kumar as he transitions to his new role as a Rajya Sabha MP.


 


Paswan conveyed his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Choudhary, stating, 'He will take my Bihar to the next level. I am confident that under Samrat Choudhary's leadership, Bihar will achieve new milestones. Just as Nitish Kumar lifted Bihar from the era of 'jungle raj' to its current stable state, our government will undoubtedly continue his legacy. We will certainly miss Nitish Kumar's presence and active role in the state. I wish him well in his active political journey ahead.'


 


The leader of LJP (RV) emphasized that Samrat Choudhary has worked towards building consensus among all coalition partners. He expressed his belief in Choudhary's capabilities, hoping that he would carry forward Nitish Kumar's initiatives and fulfill Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of a developed Bihar for a developed India.


 


Samrat Choudhary, a leader from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), has taken the oath as the Chief Minister of Bihar, succeeding Nitish Kumar, who served as the state's leader for over a decade before deciding to move to the Rajya Sabha. Former Union Minister Pashupati Kumar Paras has been hospitalized in Patna since Tuesday morning, as informed by Chirag Paswan, who visited him to check on his health.
