Chandigarh Educator Honored with National Principal Award

The award ceremony took place at Park Plaza in Zirakpur, Chandigarh, with Education Minister Mr. Harjot Singh Bains and former Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Manish Sisodia serving as the Chief Guests. This event celebrated the exceptional leadership and contributions of selected principals from across the nation.
Dr. Niryal was honored as a Guest of Honour, recognized for his outstanding leadership, administrative skills, and mentorship. His initiatives have significantly improved teacher quality, curriculum execution, examination performance, and student discipline, while also fostering a safe and positive learning environment. He has been a strong advocate for sports and holistic development, and has integrated AI technology to enhance institutional growth. His research on self-efficacy and well-being further solidified his recognition.
