Celebration of Navras at Mother’s Touch School in Palampur

Annual Function Brings Community Together

The annual event known as Navras took place at Mother’s Touch School in Ghuggar, Palampur, on Sunday, drawing enthusiastic participation from students, parents, educators, and local community members at Rotary Bhawan.


Palampur MLA Ashish Butail served as the chief guest for the occasion. During his speech, he commended the school’s management and faculty for their dedication, emphasizing the vital role educational institutions play in nurturing the holistic development of children. He stressed the need for instilling moral values and fostering creativity, urging collaboration between parents and teachers to secure a promising future for the youth.

The event showcased a variety of vibrant cultural acts performed by the school’s young students, including dances, songs, and short skits that captivated the audience. The chief guest expressed admiration for the students' confidence and talent, wishing them success in their future endeavors.

Other attendees included programme conveners Neha Grover and Nandini Kaundal, businessman Surender Jamwal, MS of Civil Hospital Palampur Dr. Tilak Bhangra, businessman Nitin Jambal, Head of Science Centre Palampur Ram Swaroop, Dr. Vidya Shankar, and school management committee members Brijla Devi and Saroj.
