Dalhousie :- The 11th International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm on June 21, 2025, at the Youth Hostel in Dalhousie, Himachal Pradesh. The event featured Shri Anil Kumar Bhardwaj, the SDM of Dalhousie, as the chief guest, alongside Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma, SDAMO from Tunnuhatti, and Yoga Acharya Rajendra Kumar, who led the yoga session.


Approximately 50 yoga enthusiasts participated in the event, which adhered to the Common Yoga Protocol. Under the expert guidance of Yoga Acharya Rajendra Kumar, attendees engaged in various yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and mudras. The session aimed to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being through structured practice and community involvement.


During his keynote speech, SDM Bhardwaj emphasized the transformative benefits of yoga, urging participants to incorporate it into their daily lives for improved health and balance. He pointed out that yoga transcends mere physical exercise, serving as a holistic practice that fosters inner peace, discipline, and resilience.


The event wrapped up on a positive note, with Dr. Sharma expressing gratitude to all participants and supporters. The program was deemed harmonious and successful, embodying the essence of International Yoga Day—unity through wellness.
