CBSE Cancels Class XII Exams in Middle East Amid Rising Tensions

New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially canceled the Class XII board examinations scheduled for the Middle East region due to the escalating conflict involving the US, Israel, and Iran, as confirmed by officials on Sunday.
CBSE Examination Controller Sanyam Bhardwaj stated, "All Class XII exams planned between March 16 and April 10 for students in Bahrain, Iran, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE are now canceled. This includes exams that had previously been postponed."
He further added that details regarding how results will be declared for these countries will be communicated separately.
This cancellation follows an earlier announcement by the Board regarding the same issue.
