All-rounder Cameron Green of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) has successfully crossed the 1,000-run mark in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The Australian cricketer, who was acquired by KKR for ₹25.20 crores, reached this significant milestone during a match against Gujarat Titans (GT) at Eden Gardens. He scored an impressive 52 runs off 28 balls, featuring three fours and four sixes, achieving a strike rate of 185.71.

Green's IPL Performance Overview

Despite facing criticism, Green has consistently performed well throughout his IPL career, having previously played for Mumbai Indians (MI) and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB). In total, he has accumulated 1,023 runs across 41 matches and 40 innings, boasting an average of 40.92 and a strike rate of 152.68, which includes one century and four half-centuries.
