Silchar, July 12: In a significant development, Cachar Police made a breakthrough in the Imperial Shopping Mall spa investigation by apprehending the two primary suspects who had been evading capture since the raid on July 25 at two spa-cum-beauty parlours.

The suspects, Rupali Das, the owner of Lovely Spa, and Rahul Debnath, the proprietor of Lotus Spa, had been on the run until police received credible information about their presence in Silchar town, leading to their arrest.
