In Rajasthan, a bride vanished shortly after her wedding, prompting her husband's family to search for her extensively. Frustrated by the lack of leads, the groom decided to file a complaint with the police. This incident took place in Bharatpur district, specifically in the village of Nagla Bhad.

According to reports, the groom's family had paid 300,000 rupees to the bride's family for the marriage. However, just 13 days post-wedding, the bride disappeared from their home. The victim, Narayan Singh Gurjar from Nagla Bhad, lodged a report at the local police station.

Narayan informed the police that the marriage was arranged by Hari Singh Gurjar from Bhagatpura village in the Dholpur district. On March 6, Hari visited Narayan's home and introduced himself as an acquaintance of Ramdhan Gurjar from the Ghatigaon area of Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, proposing to marry his sister Sunita.

Narayan, without much thought, agreed to pay the requested amount of 300,000 rupees. On the evening of March 9, Hari, along with Jitu, Ramdin, and Sunita, arrived at Narayan's house to finalize the marriage arrangements and received the cash.

The victim claims that on March 22, around 6 PM, he went to the forest for a bathroom break, leaving Sunita alone at home. Upon returning, he found her missing. Narayan searched the vicinity but could not locate her. When he contacted Jitu and the intermediary Hari, they distanced themselves from the situation, stating they had already completed the marriage and had no further involvement. Subsequent calls led to threats from them.

After 13 days of searching, Narayan approached the police to file a complaint, alleging that Jitu, Ramdin, and Sunita had deceived him, resulting in a loss of 300,000 rupees. The police have registered the case and are currently investigating the matter.
