According to the police, the body of Shankarlal, a 49-year-old teacher's assistant, was found following a tip-off from local residents. The remains have been sent for post-mortem examination.

The District Magistrate of Mahoba, Gajal Bhardwaj, informed reporters that there are two polling booths, 31 and 32, in the Mahoba assembly constituency located in Pawa village. She mentioned that Brijendra Singh is the Booth Level Officer (BLO) for booth number 31, and Shankarlal was assigned to assist him.


Furthermore, the District Magistrate noted that the deceased teacher's assistant had been missing since Monday, and there had been no reports of any pressure or work-related stress. A team has been formed to conduct the post-mortem, and further actions will be taken based on the autopsy report and police investigation.
