On June 3, the esteemed motivational speaker and Rajyoga meditation instructor, BK Sister Shivani, will be the keynote speaker at a public awareness event at Paddal Ground in Mandi. Organizers anticipate a significant turnout from the local community. The event details were disclosed during a press conference at the Brahma Kumaris' Sadbhavana Bhawan in Mandi on Sunday.

During the press briefing, BK Sushila Didi, the Mandi Circle Head, highlighted Sister Shivani's global reputation for her impactful discussions on positive thinking, emotional health, spiritual empowerment, and living with values. She emphasized that Sister Shivani has inspired millions worldwide through her motivational teachings and has received the Nari Shakti Puraskar for her efforts in women's empowerment and social change.

The event, which is free to the public, will address themes such as enhancing family and social bonds, managing stress, building emotional resilience, and offering practical solutions to daily challenges. The goal is to foster positivity, harmony, and inner wellness among attendees.

The main event is set to start at 5:30 pm, with cultural performances kicking off at 5:00 pm. Attendees are encouraged to arrive by 5:15 pm to ensure a smooth experience.

Organizers have reported over 5,000 registrations so far. While registration is required for entry, two help desks will be available at Paddal Ground for on-the-spot registration and distribution of free entry passes for those who have not pre-registered.

Additionally, only individuals aged 12 and older will be permitted entry. In a bid to promote environmental sustainability, plastic water bottles will not be provided, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own reusable bottles.

Furthermore, the Brahma Kumaris will host a three-day Rajyoga Meditation Camp from June 5 to June 7 at all their service centers. The camp will feature two daily sessions—one from 6:30 am to 7:30 am and another from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm—offering training and practical guidance in Rajyoga meditation to enhance mental peace, inner strength, and positive thinking.

BK Sushila Didi has extended an invitation to the residents of Mandi and nearby areas to join in large numbers, emphasizing that the programme will offer a unique opportunity for personal transformation, spiritual development, and the pursuit of lasting peace and happiness.
