BJP Spokesperson Criticizes Rahul Gandhi's Political Approach
In a recent press conference, BJP spokesperson Guru Prakash sharply criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of exemplifying separatism in Indian politics. Prakash claimed that Gandhi's political views shift based on electoral advantages, alleging that he incites caste-based frenzy in Bihar while engaging in negative politics in Tamil Nadu. He defended the BJP's commitment to Tamil culture and identity, asserting that the Modi government has consistently promoted these values. This critique raises questions about the role of regionalism and identity politics in contemporary Indian politics.

BJP's Strong Critique of Rahul Gandhi
BJP's national spokesperson Guru Prakash launched a sharp critique against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday, labeling him as a prime example of separatism in Indian politics. During a press conference at the BJP headquarters in New Delhi, Prakash accused the Congress and opposition leaders of repeatedly resorting to regionalism, casteism, and linguistic extremism for political gain, which he believes poses a threat to national unity, peace, and stability.
Prakash further alleged that Rahul Gandhi's political stance shifts from state to state, depending on where he sees electoral advantage. He stated that Gandhi's history shows that when he visits Bihar, he attempts to incite frenzy based on caste, while in Tamil Nadu, he engages in negative politics under the guise of Tamil identity. Prakash emphasized, "Rahul Gandhi is a precise example and case study of separatism in Indian politics. He should refrain from using such language."
Questioning Rahul Gandhi's recent comments regarding the BJP's commitment to Tamil issues, Prakash asked if Gandhi would issue any certificates. He asserted that Gandhi has no authority to claim that they suppress Tamil voices. He added that the government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has consistently valued and promoted Tamil culture, language, and identity as an integral part of India's civilizational ethos.
Prakash remarked that discussing politics is essential. He noted that the sensitivity shown by Prime Minister Modi towards Tamil language, culture, and civilizational heritage over the past 11 years is unprecedented. He further stated that the BJP-led government has demonstrated continuous respect for Tamil identity, both within India and on global platforms.
