BJP National President Nitin Naveen's Strategic Visit to Uttar Pradesh
Nitin Naveen's Uttar Pradesh Tour
Currently, Nitin Naveen, the National President of the BJP, is on a visit to Uttar Pradesh. Throughout his two-day trip, he has been engaging in discussions with party workers and senior officials, sharing strategies aimed at securing victory in the upcoming assembly elections.
Meetings with Key Leaders
During his visit, Naveen met with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya, and Brajesh Pathak at their residences. He enjoyed a mango feast during these meetings. Additionally, he discussed preparations and strategies for the 2027 Uttar Pradesh assembly elections with allies of the NDA.
Discussion Over Tea with Former Presidents
On the second day of his tour, Naveen held a tea discussion with former state presidents of the BJP. They exchanged their organizational experiences and elaborated on plans to achieve an even greater victory in the upcoming elections. The current state president and Minister of State for Finance, Pankaj Chaudhary, welcomed him before the meeting commenced.
Strengthening the Organization
Sources within the BJP indicated that the meeting focused on enhancing the organization at the booth level, increasing worker engagement, and discussing the electoral roadmap for 2027. However, senior leader and former state president Vinay Katiyar was unable to attend.
Leveraging Experience for Organizational Strength
Pankaj Chaudhary stated that the years of organizational experience and insights from former presidents would significantly bolster the party's effectiveness. Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya noted that the meeting under the national president's leadership aimed to improve coordination between the government and the organization. He expressed confidence that the BJP would secure a third consecutive term in Uttar Pradesh under Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's leadership in 2027.
Targeting the Opposition and 2027 Goals
Deputy CM Maurya sharply criticized the Samajwadi Party, asserting that the people of the state reject lawlessness, mafia rule, nepotism, and communal politics, instead desiring development, good governance, and security. He claimed that the BJP's presence would ensure the state's prosperity, while a Samajwadi Party government would lead to chaos and land grabbing incidents.
Maurya predicted that the Samajwadi Party would remain out of power for the next 21 years, with a vision to develop the nation and state by 2047. The meeting reached a consensus that the government and organization would work together to replicate the significant victory of 2017 in 2027. Notable attendees included former state presidents Surya Pratap Shahi, Bhupendra Singh Chaudhary, Swatantra Dev Singh, Dr. Ramapati Ram Tripathi, and Dr. Lakshmikant Vajpayee.
