Bihar's BIPARD Receives ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Bihar's BIPARD has proudly received the ISO 9001:2015 certification, a recognition of its commitment to quality and transparency in governance. Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary praised the institute's efforts in enhancing administrative efficiency through continuous training programs. BIPARD Achieves Prestigious ISO Certification

Patna. Today, Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary presented the ISO 9001:2015 certification to BIPARD at the Sankalp Auditorium located in the Lok Sevak Housing. The certificate was handed over by Mr. Tarun Swaroop, an official from the certifying body, to Dr. B. Rajendra, the Director General of BIPARD. Previously, ISO certifications were awarded to BIPARD, Gaya, and the General Administration Department.


 


During the event, the Chief Minister congratulated and extended best wishes to all officials and staff of BIPARD for receiving the ISO 9001:2015 certification. He remarked that this certification is a testament to the institute's quality operations, transparency, and excellent administrative practices. He expressed pride and joy in this achievement, noting that BIPARD's international quality recognition indicates that our institutions are operating according to global standards. The institute plays a crucial role in strengthening governance by training Bihar's administrative officials and employees.


 


The Chief Minister highlighted that BIPARD conducts regular training programs throughout the year, ensuring training is available 365 days a year. Quality training enhances administrative efficiency and strengthens good governance. He stated that Bihar aims to establish itself as a leading state in the country in terms of good governance, quality, transparency, accountability, and excellent public service. He emphasized the need to expand training capacities at BIPARD in Gaya and Patna, incorporating new technologies, modern management practices, and administrative innovations to continuously enhance the institute's effectiveness. He urged the development of a phased action plan to strengthen training infrastructure, resources, manpower, and curricula to establish both institutions as centers of excellence for capacity building and good governance in the state.


 


The event was attended by the Chief Minister's Principal Secretary Deepak Kumar, Additional Chief Secretary of the General Administration Department and BIPARD's Director General Dr. B. Rajendra, Principal Secretary of the Rural Development Department Pankaj Kumar, Chief Minister's Secretary Sanjay Kumar Singh, along with other officials and representatives from the certifying organization.
