According to the disclosed information, Kumar has ₹20,552 in cash and maintains three bank accounts. His State Bank of India (SBI) account at the Patna Secretariat holds ₹27,217, while his SBI account at the Delhi Parliamentary Building contains ₹3,358. Additionally, he has ₹27,191 in his Punjab National Bank (PNB) account located at Boring Road.
