Kejriwal stated that this is not the first instance of a NEET paper leak. He recalled that similar incidents occurred in 2017, 2021, and 2024, and now it has happened again. He argued that repeated leaks indicate a systemic issue involving extensive collusion and political backing. He expressed his desire to know the whereabouts of those responsible for the 2017 leak and whether they faced any consequences. He noted that those involved in the 2021 leak were also not punished, and those from 2024 have been granted bail and are free.
He remarked that there seems to be a preparation for leaking the next paper, questioning the state of affairs in the country. Kejriwal asserted that governing is not an easy task, especially when those in charge cannot conduct exams without leaks. He highlighted the unity among those involved in this issue, labeling it a clear case of collusion. Reflecting on his own experiences preparing for competitive exams like IIT and civil services, he acknowledged the challenges and sacrifices involved in exam preparation.

He noted that his family was very poor, and coaching was expensive, forcing some students to move to Delhi and rent homes, with parents even selling land to fund their children's coaching. In response to the cancellation of the NEET exam, large-scale protests erupted in the national capital, with NSUI activists demonstrating against the decision and setting up barricades at Shastri Bhawan.
