As part of this initiative, the party conducted the Dr. Sonelal Patel Memorial Online Training Session-12, which saw participation from district presidents, newly appointed officials, and party workers from across the state. The training focused on strengthening the organization at the booth and grassroots levels, enhancing the membership drive, and formulating action plans for future political activities.

According to information released by the party, the main theme of the training session was 'Expanding the Organization'. Emphasis was placed on reinforcing the organizational structure from the district to booth levels and increasing the active participation of workers. The party has previously organized training and meetings to strengthen its network at the booth level in Madhya Pradesh.

Promoting Social Justice Ideology

The chief speaker and national advisor of Apna Dal (S), Rajendra Pal, elaborated on the social justice concept introduced by party founder Dr. Sonelal Patel. He stated that the party's ideology revolves around granting rights, respect, and political participation to marginalized, backward, and weaker sections of society.

He urged officials to propagate the ideology of social justice down to the village, panchayat, ward, and booth levels. National General Secretary and Madhya Pradesh in-charge R.B. Singh Patel reviewed the activities of the state organization and the performance of officials.
