Celebrating the Legacy of Malti Joshi

Indore. The annual event 'Smriti Kalp', honoring the renowned storyteller and Padma Shri awardee Malti Joshi, is set to take place on Sunday, June 14, at the Pritam Lal Dua Auditorium in Indore, starting at 10 AM. This year's program will feature two sessions dedicated to discussions on Joshi's personality and literary contributions, along with readings of her stories.




Among the notable attendees this year are acclaimed film actor, screenwriter, and director Atul Tiwari from Mumbai, and senior literary figure and editor Lakshmishankar Bajpai from Delhi. Renowned television personality and author Ranjana Chitale, along with famous motivational speaker and theater artist Manjusha Rajas Johari, will read selections from Malti Joshi's works. Esteemed writers Jyoti Jain, Anita Saxena, and educationist Madhura Phadke will also share their personal anecdotes. This event is organized by the Somnath and Malti Joshi Charitable Trust.
