Speaking at a public gathering after inaugurating the Alluri Sitarama Raju International Airport in Bhogapuram on August 1, Kalyan defended the Prime Minister's leadership, linking stable governance to development. He urged parents to instill values, discipline, and patriotism in the younger generation.

While addressing the criticism directed at the Prime Minister, Kalyan noted that the more effort one puts in, the more criticism they face. Having become accustomed to criticism himself since entering politics, Kalyan expressed sorrow over the harsh personal attacks on Modi. Without naming anyone, he referred to the comments made against Modi during the protests and questioned why a leader dedicated to serving the nation should endure such treatment.

Kalyan emphasized that Prime Minister Modi is leading India for the third time and has faced numerous harsh remarks. He expressed that it brought tears to his eyes to hear such comments. He acknowledged that despite facing constant criticism, Modi continues to advance the nation, which is why he emphasizes the importance of the alliance.
