She accused these individuals of ensnaring women, particularly Hindu women, and coercing them to either adopt their practices or resign from their jobs. This coercion compelled her to hold the press conference. She mentioned enduring harassment and torment for ten months, emphasizing the need to raise awareness about the safety of Hindu women. She highlighted the covert nature of the conversion process, which often goes unnoticed, as conversations are manipulated to pressure individuals into adopting Islam. When she raised these issues with the company, she claimed the response was dismissive, asserting that such incidents do not occur within the organization.
