BJP's Swati Maliwal Accuses AAP of Silence on Exam Paper Leaks

New Delhi, July 28 - Swati Maliwal, a member of the Rajya Sabha from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), has directed sharp criticism at Arvind Kejriwal, the national convenor of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). On Tuesday, she alleged that six major exam papers have been leaked in Punjab over the past five years, yet Kejriwal remains 'silent' on the issue. During a press interaction in the Parliament complex, Maliwal labeled the Cockroach People's Party (Cozpa) as the 'B team' of AAP, asserting that it was formed with the assistance of Kejriwal's associates.

Maliwal claimed, 'In Punjab, six significant exam papers have been leaked in the last five years, and there have been allegations of irregularities in several other exams. Even on July 19, there was widespread malpractice in the pharmacy exam.'

In response, the Aam Aadmi Party has dismissed the allegations regarding the exam paper leaks in Punjab. Targeting Cozpa, Maliwal accused Kejriwal of orchestrating its formation, stating that both parties remain silent when accountability is questioned.

She asserted, 'Cozpa is their (AAP's) B team, created and funded by their associates. AAP has been running a significant promotional campaign for Cozpa on social media, which is well-known to all.'

Maliwal further stated, 'On one hand, they engage in such activities, and on the other, they remain silent when it comes to accountability. Neither Cozpa nor Arvind Kejriwal speaks on the issue of exam paper leaks in Punjab; they are evading the matter.'

Additionally, Maliwal accused Kejriwal of inciting people to protest on various issues while taking action against students protesting the exam paper leaks. She also criticized Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, claiming, 'The Chief Minister of Punjab, who is often intoxicated, is making irrelevant and nonsensical statements.' She called for the immediate resignation of Punjab's education minister.
