Avantika, a transgender activist, has accused him of predatory behavior, stating that he made lewd comments towards her. She disclosed to the media that she has been receiving disturbing messages and calls from Rahul for an extended period and has reported these incidents to the BJP's Palakkad district president. Avantika asserted, 'Rahul is a sexual pervert and he told me to rape him.'

Further Accusations and Reactions

Actress Rini Ann George has also come forward, alleging that Rahul sent her obscene messages and behaved inappropriately despite her warnings. She described his attitude as reckless. Concurrently, recordings emerged indicating that a young woman was coerced into having an abortion, prompting police to file a complaint against Rahul. In light of these allegations, he resigned from his role as the Youth Congress state president, although he refuted the claims, stating that no formal complaints had been lodged against him. Avantika, who met Rahul during the Thrikkakara by-election, recounted how their friendship on social media quickly devolved into inappropriate discussions about sexual frustration and even references to rape. She noted that Rahul suggested they could only meet in cities outside Kerala, such as Bengaluru or Hyderabad, and she had previously informed several Congress leaders and friends about his conduct.
