Details of the Complaint
The victim approached a police station in Bhopal to report the incident involving the accused, Shubham Yadav, who resides in Gwaltole, Narmadapuram. According to the complaint, Shubham allegedly used tantric practices to change the victim's gender, coercing him to live as a female. The victim recounted that Shubham initially drugged him, then held him captive for 18 days at knifepoint, during which he was repeatedly assaulted. The accused also committed acts of abuse in a hotel located in Narmadapuram, where he continued to administer drugs.
Forced Identity Change
Shubham reportedly threatened the victim, warning him against disclosing the events, claiming he would tarnish his reputation. The victim stated that Shubham changed his name to Twinkle and created identification documents under this new name, including an ID and a medical certificate, effectively erasing his true identity.
Coercion and Isolation
The victim revealed that he was taken to Indore, where a forced gender change operation was performed on him. Since the incident, he has been unable to leave his home due to fear. Shubham instructed him to tell others that he had been in an accident, ensuring that his family remained unaware of the truth. Following the incident, the victim stayed indoors for six months, paralyzed by fear of Shubham's threats to ruin his social standing. After filing the complaint, the Bhopal police initially registered the case as zero and forwarded it to the Narmadapuram police station, where an investigation has commenced.
