In Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, a young man has been accused of altering his best friend's gender and subsequently subjecting him to sexual exploitation. The victim has filed a complaint against his friend, although the suspect has yet to be apprehended.


Details of the Complaint

The victim approached a police station in Bhopal to report Shubham Yadav, a resident of Gwaltole in Narmadapuram. According to the complaint, the accused allegedly used tantric practices to change the victim's gender, coercing him to live as a female. The victim recounted that Shubham administered drugs, held him captive for 18 days at knifepoint, and assaulted him during this time. The abuse also occurred at a hotel in Narmadapuram, where the accused continued to provide narcotics.


Forced Identity Change

Shubham reportedly threatened the victim, warning him against revealing the truth, or he would ruin his reputation. The victim stated that Shubham changed his name to Twinkle and created identification documents under this name, including a medical certificate, to erase his true identity.


Coercion and Isolation

The victim disclosed that he was taken to Indore, where a forced gender change operation was performed on him. Since the incident, he has been unable to leave his home. Shubham instructed him to claim that he had been in an accident, ensuring that no one in his family was aware of the truth.


Following the incident, the victim remained confined to his home for six months, paralyzed by fear and rarely venturing outside. The threats from Shubham continued, as he warned that he would ensure the victim could not live in society. After filing the complaint, the Bhopal police registered the case and forwarded it to the Narmadapuram police station, where an investigation has commenced.
