The mixed doubles duo of Aadhya Tiwari and Jay Meena successfully reached the round of 16 in soft tennis during the Asian Games taking place in Aichi-Nagoya on Monday. They kicked off their tournament with a commanding 5-0 victory against Cambodia's Viva Chao and Chanroseka Khun, winning sets with scores of 4–1, 4–0, 4–2, 4–1, and 4–2.

Following this, they triumphed over Mongolia's Bud Nyamdorj and Enkhkhuslen Ganbaatar with another 5-0 win, achieving set scores of 4–2, 4–1, 4–1, 4–0, and 5–3.

In their final group match, they faced a setback against South Korea, losing 5-1. Despite this defeat, they secured second place in their group, allowing them to advance to the round of 16, as reported by ESPN.
