26-Year-Old Arrested for Espionage in Nuh District

Arrest of Suspected Spy in Nuh

A 26-year-old man was apprehended on Saturday in the village of Rajaka, located in the Nuh district, on charges of espionage for Pakistan, according to a police official.


The Nuh police reported that the suspect, identified as Armaan, was arrested for allegedly sharing sensitive information regarding the Indian Army and other military operations with Pakistan through an employee stationed at the Pakistani High Commission in Delhi. This marks the fourth arrest in Haryana in recent days.


Authorities indicated that Armaan was captured following intelligence received from central investigative agencies. He is believed to have been sharing information for an extended period via WhatsApp and other social media platforms.


Upon searching his mobile device, police discovered conversations, photos, and videos linked to Pakistani numbers. A local court has remanded Armaan to six days of police custody. A senior police officer confirmed that a case has been filed against him under various laws.
