15-Year-Old Jaipur Girl Sets New Standard in Community Service Through Chess Training
Inspiring Initiative by a Young Girl
Jaipur: In a time when many young individuals focus solely on personal achievements, 15-year-old Vani Jain from Jaipur has set a remarkable example through her dedication, talent, and spirit of service. A student at Mahatma Gandhi Government School, Vani has demonstrated that true success lies not just in personal advancement but in uplifting others as well.
On her 15th birthday, instead of opting for a party filled with cake and gifts, Vani chose to engage in community service. She provided free chess training to 85 children over a span of 15 days. Her goal extended beyond merely teaching chess; she aimed to instill patience, discipline, focus, decision-making skills, and self-confidence in the children.
At the conclusion of the training, Vani gifted each child a free chess board to ensure that financial constraints would not hinder their practice. Additionally, every participant received a certificate and a letter of appreciation. Vani not only taught chess but also facilitated their participation in various events, significantly boosting their self-esteem.
