Ingredients
2 cups of cleaned and chopped spinach
1 cup of broccoli
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2-3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of oil or butter
3-4 cups of water or vegetable stock
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon of black pepper powder
1-2 teaspoons of cream for garnish
½ teaspoon of lemon juice


Preparation Steps
Begin by heating oil or butter in a pan. Add the chopped garlic and onion, sautéing until they turn a light golden brown.


Next, incorporate the chopped spinach and broccoli florets, stirring for 1-2 minutes.


Then, pour in the water or vegetable stock along with salt, mixing thoroughly. Cover the pan and cook on medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.


Once cooked, remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool. Transfer it to a blender and blend until smooth.


Return the blended soup to the pan, adding black pepper powder and mixing well. If the soup is too thick, feel free to add a bit more water or stock.
