Stand-up comedian and actor Vir Das is gearing up for the release of his latest special, titled 'Vir Das: Fool Volume', which is scheduled to debut on Netflix on July 18. In an unexpected turn of events, Vir faced a challenge before filming as he lost his voice.

“Netflix and I were preparing to shoot a special with a different concept, but fate had other ideas. I lost my voice two months prior to the show. This performance was crafted in silence and executed without any rehearsals around the globe. It turns out that the voice in your mind can be much more imaginative than the one you speak with. This special poses a crucial question—how much joy do we share when it returns? What does it truly mean for us to express ourselves?” Vir Das shared.
