1/2 cup jaggery powder
1/4 cup tamarind paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon fennel powder
1/2 teaspoon black salt
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds

Preparation Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, including tamarind paste, jaggery powder, fennel powder, black and white salt, cumin seeds, cornstarch, and half a cup of water.
