Effective Home Remedy for Piles: A Simple Recipe
Understanding Piles and Its Types
Piles, also known as hemorrhoids, is a serious health condition that can cause significant discomfort. There are two main types of piles: external and internal, commonly referred to as bleeding and non-bleeding piles. In some regions, it is also called 'Maheshi'. Many individuals resort to medications to alleviate this condition, but often these treatments do not yield the desired results. However, we will share a natural remedy that may help you find relief from piles.
Ingredients Needed for the Remedy
To prepare this remedy, you will need three ingredients: jaggery, ghee, and sesame seeds. Ghee and jaggery are likely already available in your kitchen, while you can easily purchase sesame seeds for a minimal cost.
Preparation Method
Begin by heating a frying pan and adding one tablespoon of ghee. Once the ghee starts to melt, incorporate about 20 grams of jaggery pieces into the pan. Allow the jaggery to melt thoroughly. Once both the ghee and jaggery are well combined, create a paste and transfer it to a bowl. Next, mix in 35 grams of sesame seeds and ensure they are well incorporated into the paste.
Usage Instructions
Once the sesame seeds are fully mixed into the paste, your remedy is ready. Consume one teaspoon of this mixture daily along with a glass of cold water. Following this routine for 20 consecutive days may help alleviate your piles problem.
