Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput have established an impressive real estate portfolio in Mumbai, featuring a stunning sea-facing duplex in Worli and a chic apartment in Juhu. Collectively, their residences are valued at approximately Rs 89 crore. What truly distinguishes these properties is not only their worth but also their unique characteristics and intended uses.

The couple currently resides in a spacious sea-facing duplex located in the upscale Three Sixty West tower in Worli, developed by Oberoi Realty. Reports indicate that Shahid acquired this apartment in 2018 for around Rs 55.6 crore, with additional costs from registration and stamp duties. Spanning nearly 8,600 square feet, the duplex took several years to finalize, with the family moving in during 2022. Designed by architect Annkur Khosla, the home harmonizes modern aesthetics with functional family living.

Featuring expansive glass windows that provide breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, the duplex embraces a softer design approach with neutral tones, textured surfaces, and open layouts. A notable highlight is the striking black staircase that serves as a centerpiece. The upper level boasts a personal music and DJ area, a private cinema, an office space, an open-air gym, a lounge, and a guest suite. Mira collaborated with art consultant Maya Puri to select artworks throughout the home, showcasing pieces from contemporary Indian artists and items collected during their travels. Much of the home's design was reportedly conceived during the pandemic.

In 2024, the couple is said to have acquired another luxury apartment in the same tower for Rs 58.66 crore, measuring over 5,300 square feet and including three parking spots. This property was purchased from Chandak Realtors Pvt Ltd and is situated on a higher floor within the same prestigious complex.

Prior to their move to Worli, Shahid and Mira resided in a sea-facing apartment in Juhu's Praneta Building, which Shahid reportedly purchased in 2014 for nearly Rs 30 crore. Covering around 3,681 square feet, this apartment served as their first home after marriage. While the Juhu residence was more intimate compared to the expansive Worli duplex, it remained situated in one of Mumbai's most desirable areas.

It is rumored that actor Kartik Aaryan rented this apartment from Shahid, with a lease agreement reportedly set for three years, allowing Shahid to earn approximately Rs 7.5 lakh monthly during the first year. Although the Juhu apartment was luxurious, the transition to Worli marked a significant lifestyle enhancement for the couple, especially following the growth of their family.
