**Registration:** Online registration for the Char Dham Yatra started on March 6. For those who prefer offline registration, facilities will be available from April 17.
**Where to Register Online?**
You can register online through the official Uttarakhand Government website: registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in. Additionally, the "Tourist Care Uttarakhand" mobile app is available for registration.
**Registration via WhatsApp**
The Uttarakhand Government has introduced a WhatsApp registration option. Save the number 8394833833 in your contacts, open it in WhatsApp, type "Yatra," and send the message. You will receive a detailed guide for the registration process.
**Where to Register Offline?**
Offline registration will take place in Rishikesh, with 12 counters set up at various locations within the Char Dham Transit Camp. Registration will occur in two shifts. Additional counters will be available at six locations in the ISBT Rishikesh complex and four more in the Gurudwara complex on Laxman Jhula Road. Registration centers will also be established at Rishikul Ground in Haridwar and Vikas Nagar in Dehradun.
**Documents Required for Registration**
Indian pilgrims must present their Aadhaar Cards for registration. Foreign pilgrims can register using their email IDs. Those without an Aadhaar Card can register offline at designated counters.
**Registration Fee**
There is no fee for registering for the Char Dham Yatra; registration is completely free. The government encourages all pilgrims to register to facilitate tracking.
