  2. Coconut Mint Pineapple Pina Colada: Combine fresh coconut water, two pieces of pineapple, and a few mint leaves in a blender. This drink is packed with minerals that aid digestion and contains bromelain, an enzyme that helps in weight loss while also reducing bad cholesterol.

  3. Cucumber Coriander Smoothie: Blend a small cucumber, a bunch of coriander, a bit of grated ginger, and a tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Add some ice cubes, a splash of water, and the juice of half a lemon. This drink is excellent for detoxifying the body and is beneficial for controlling blood pressure.
