Contemporary cheese boards at various bars and eateries are now a curated affair, combining artisanal, aged, and creamy cheeses with both sweet and savory elements. Popular combinations often include a variety of textures such as Aged Gouda, Parmesan, Brie (including Truffle Brie), Goat cheese (with truffles or logs), and Stilton or blue cheese, all paired with crackers, fig jam, nuts, grapes, and sometimes honey or truffle dips. These curated cheese platters, offered by DCF, Foodzen, and restaurants like Tepah and Grain by Elgin, elevate brunches and social gatherings, transforming them into gourmet experiences.
